Who is Quickwave Technologies?
Quickwave Technologies is a Nairobi software company that designs, builds and operates software for businesses in Kenya.
Kenyan businesses keep running into the same problems: taking M-Pesa reliably, selling when the internet drops, talking to customers at scale, and billing for internet access. We build a product for each of them.
ZetuPay for M-Pesa payments, Wave POS for retail, Wave Call Center for voice and SMS, and SiteScore AI for website audits are live today. Wave Billing for internet providers and Markora for AI marketing are in early access. We also take on custom projects, and we bring what we learn running our own platforms to every client build.

How we work
What we believe about building software
M-Pesa first
Payments are part of the design from day one. We run ZetuPay, our own M-Pesa gateway, so STK Push, payouts and reconciliation are home ground.
Built for real networks
Connections drop. Wave POS keeps selling offline and syncs when the internet returns, and we design every system with that in mind.
We run what we build
Our products are multi-tenant platforms we host and support ourselves. You work with engineers who know production, not just prototypes.
Secure by default
Role-based access and encrypted credentials are built in. Our webhooks are signed with HMAC-SHA256, and ZetuPay and Wave Call Center add two-factor sign-in.
Open by design
ZetuPay, Wave Call Center and SiteScore AI have REST APIs and signed webhooks, and Wave POS exports to Excel and CSV, so your data can move to your other systems.
